My name is Catherine Petitjean and I am the head of the family business Mulot and Petitjean since 1998. Mulot and Petitjean manufactures gingerbread in Dijon since 1796, in the respect of the expertise and heritage of master bread grocers. Since my arrival at the direction of the company, I tend to combine tradition and modernity, developing new products meeting the requirements of the consumer, while being attached to the quality of our fabrications. I love Burgundy deeply: my little "Burgundian madeleine" is the view of the roofs and steeples of the churches of Dijon and of course the walks in the vineyards under the autumn sun. It is also a region where you meet many interesting people. Passionate about our terroir, we share our values ​​and know-how.
